This solitary woman
with her two-fisted
words smooth as ice
plunged among the brittle
trunks of prattling trees.
Their silence sent skittering
under a twang of gray sky
full of thoughts and nerves.
Thanks for staying with me everyone. I promise I'll visit soon.

hi whiterose,
you've been away for so long...is everything fine?
i am waiting for you to come back. ypur presence matters.
I always find your descriptions in poetry to be so unique. Language. Words. They are all there for one to create and put together. Seems so simple; yet not. And yet you do it so beautifully and dramatically that you make it seem effortless.
A powerful poem about a powerful
woman, a natural Goddess. Hope you are feeling well White Rose.
Still angry and so solitary...
Good to see the stray post though...
Hang in there as this too shall pass...
you have such a pretty blog......
thank you!
For myself...these are sturdy words describing silent anger and how it can eat you up inside.
Wow, White Rose. I love this - especially the last 3 lines! I love what those words choices sound in my mouth as I read this aloud. This is just great work. Kudos!
