Love Slick

A googled image of an oil slick; then I did some photoshop!

prompt was breaking the rules

A heart cargoed in the
Unconscious rules of
Indifference
Broken on the sharp
Reef of knowledge
Inequity, can no longer
Be ignored
A love slick, bleeding
Bright fingers of
Tenderness and
Compassion
Riding murky waves
Bringing hope to
Troubled shores

"Unconscious rules of indifference"

Haven't we all felt that, once or again?

Very true.

Very nice take on the prompt rose - I think the imagery you used is fantastic. "A love slick" - goosepimples! :)

Beautiful White Rose; I see you keep up with the blog's purpose of helping you to "write more"... a good example to be followed!
