Still Searching...

In this race of life,
The dogs of age are
snapping at my heels,
A cog that keeps turning,
which hasn’t discovered,
where she fits in the
scheme of things
Still searching in this
wide world for
that purpose, that place,
to call her own

I agree I still feel lost a lot of the time.

As a searcher, and a parent, I think we just give our kids the illusion that we know.
Loved this poem.
