South Central Farm

This story touched my heart. And why didn't I hear about this in 2006? I'm sure it was just some small blurb in the news.

I do think that the poor are going to be the first, to be pushed off the cliff. If we could just realize that there is a divide in this country of the haves and haves not. And if people can come together of every race, gender and sexual orientation. We could really make some changes! The only color the people in power see is green!

a true and clear reminder,, that money is the root of all evil... what other motive could there possibly be to eliminate that farm than pure and unadulterated lust for the money that those 14 acres will put in someones coffer?????

You probably did not hear about, as it seems the less important news makes the headlines, and the news that should be out there for all to see gets a little snipet, which is really wrong......

We probably didn't hear about this because our media was too busy bringing us the tabloid story of the month. Hours spent mulling over every facet of that, but hardly more than a blip for stories that really affect us.

"The news" in this country is a sore spot with me. It is a bunch of watered down tripe that we receive. Nothing of any real relevance. I really think they are trying so hard to get their hands on the internet, so they can keep control, of all news sources.
